NEXT TESTING SESSION FOR AMATEUR RADIO LICENSE OR UPGRADE

The next testing session to obtain an Amateur Radio License or upgrade will be Tuesday, March 15, 2016. The testing session will be held at 6:00 pm in the Search and Rescue building on Three Mile Drive, in Kalispell, MT. The cost of testing is $14.00. You will need to bring a picture ID and if you are upgrading, you will need to bring a COPY of you current, signed license.

HOW TO OBTAIN A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT LICENSE:

1. Go to http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchLicense.jsp
2. Search for your call sign.
3. Click on your call sign
4. Click on the ADMIN tab
5. Click on "Authorization -- Licensee"
6. Your reference copy license will open in a PDF file for printing or saving.
